Fix polygonize not finding the normal properly

Cleanup polygonize a bit

Extract the triangulation and triangle merging code into a new source file and clean it up somewhat

Reduce indent level

Let's try to keep the amount of indents in check...

Allow make a cylinder even if the world position is not on grid
